You Gotta Get Behind the Mule!
The show was amazing. I first saw the Allman Brothers Band in 1994 when I was in high school. The next year I went to my first Gov't Mule show. For the past twenty five years they have been the two most important bands in my life, and I have seen both of them at least twenty times. To get to experience a show where one of my two favorite bands pays tribute to my other favorite band was a special moment. As always the musical talent of a Gov't Mule show was second to none. They are, and have been for many years, the most talented quartet out there. Warren Haynes is legendary musician, but the rest of the members of the band are just as talented. If you've never been to the Tabernacle, it's a unique experience as well. The former church has wonderful acoustics and is small enough to let the band feel like you're right there with them on stage. I loved the concert, and can't wait to go again next year.
